How it works

  • Sessions: 60 minutes, once a week, over 12 weeks

  • Stable setting: same coach, day, and time each week to foster predictability

  • Initial assessment: explore your parenting concerns, family history, and priorities

  • Interactive activities: reflective journaling, video-modelled demonstrations, real-life homework tasks to put into practice what you have learnt

  • Confidential, supportive space: your challenges and wins stay between us, unless there’s a safeguarding concern
