Drawing and Talking is a gentle, child-centred therapeutic intervention designed to help children and young people express and process emotions through non-directed drawing and supportive dialogue. It offers an alternative to more confrontational therapies like CBT, allowing children to explore their feelings at their own pace in a safe environment.
