1:1 Emotion Coaching

Each 12-week course is tailored to your child’s individual circumstances, providing a structured and engaging way to learn cognitive-behavioural techniques for managing a wide range of challenges. Every session builds on the last, empowering children to develop coping strategies and strengthen their emotional regulation. 

Drawing and Talking

Drawing and Talking is a gentle, child-centred therapeutic intervention designed to help children and young people express and process emotions through non-directed drawing and supportive dialogue. It offers an alternative to more confrontational therapies like CBT, allowing children to explore their feelings at their own pace in a safe environment.

Our 12-week, Parental Coaching either 1:1 or small group, will see us work together to build your emotional resilience, strengthen your bond with your child, and equip you with practical strategies and solutions for everyday parenting challenges.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Our 12-week ACT course equips teenagers with mindfulness and values-driven strategies to face life’s big challenges. Each session builds psychological flexibility - helping teens accept difficult thoughts and emotions, then commit to meaningful actions that align with their personal values.
