Support For Schools

Schools hold so much: the emotional needs of pupils, the pressures of attendance, behaviour, safeguarding and the daily reality of supporting children who are overwhelmed, anxious or struggling to cope. I understand this deeply, not just as a practitioner, but from my own experience working as a Family Link and Pastoral Support Worker. I know what it feels like to want to give a child more time, more space, more support… but not always have the capacity within the school day.

Synergy Mind & Body offers trauma‑informed, relational wellbeing support that complements and strengthens your existing provision. I work alongside SENCOs, pastoral teams and leadership to provide targeted emotional support for pupils who need a safe, consistent space to process their experiences and build emotional resilience.

My approach is gentle, grounded and evidence‑based, designed to help children feel seen, understood and safe, while giving staff the reassurance that their most vulnerable pupils are receiving high‑quality, child‑centred support.

Together, we create calmer classrooms, stronger relationships and a school environment where children can thrive.
